What is a webinar?

A webinar is a live and interactive online meeting, while a webcast is a “one-to-many” multimedia transmission, with limited interactivity if any at all.

What are the benefits of a webinar over a face-to-face event?

Webinars enable people to attend events without leaving their office. This benefits attendees as they save time and money spent travelling to and from events.

Can I access this webinar if I’m outside of the UK?

Yes, here are some different time zones:

London 12 noon – 1300 (Lisbon & Dublin)
Paris, Copenhagen, Berlin, 1300 – 1400
Cape Town 1300 – 1400
New York 0700 – 0900
Los Angeles 0400 – 0500

Hong Kong 1900 – 2000

Delhi 16:30 – 1730

People can access the webinar using a headset attached to their computer.

This webinar will use GoToMeeting software attendees can join from a Mac, PC, iPad, iPhone or Android device.

Can I have the information in a different format?
